Alex Schaefer (Actor)

Alex Schaefer is a newcomer to comedic performance, starting as an improviser in the all-queer group Intrusive Thoughts in 2022, and making his sketch debut with BoogieManja later this year. He has a love for playing characters that find absurdity in normal moments and humanity within the absurd. Outside of performing, Alex is a photographer and has spent nearly a decade working in the photo department at Saturday Night Live alongside head photographer Mary Ellen Matthews.
