Alberto Burgos (Actor/Writer)

Alberto Burgos is an actor and writer based in NYC. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he used to split his time there between working as a lawyer and performing until he was accepted at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. After graduating from acting school, he studied sketch comedy writing at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), the Peoples Improv Theater (PIT), and a few years later at the Magnet Theater. Alberto has written for the UCB shows Sketch Cram, The Spotlight, and The Flying Blind Sketch Show. He also has written and performed for the shows Ringers and Remix: The Diversity Sketch Show at the Magnet, as well as for the indie sketch team Training Sagittarius at The PIT. MommyDaddyBaby is Alberto’s third team with BoogieManja after working with sketch teams Cherry Cherry and Arcade mostly writing and editing but occasionally performing too. He is very happy to be part of BoogieManja.
